LTE and 5G Network Expansion on Remote Island for Major Petroleum Refinery in Singapore:
- Played a pivotal role in building an extended 4th Generation LTE network across the remote Island, previously uncovered by cellular signals. Through his previous role as a consultant at Telco company, they deployed 9 Base Transceiver Stations (BTS), future-proofing the site with 5th Generation capabilities. This advanced infrastructure supports the Petroleum Refinery’s plans for site digitalization (AR/VR), enhancing connectivity for future operations.
Customized 10GE DWDM Point-to-Point Service for Inter-DC Connectivity:
- Engineered and designed a fully customized 34x 10GE Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing (DWDM) point-to-point service to support inter-data center connectivity. This solution was implemented to enhance the Point-of-Presence (POP) of a major Korean Messaging Platform app technology provider in Singapore, ensuring seamless and high-capacity communication between their data centers.
Secured SDWAN and MPLS Network for Government Agencies:
- Successfully managed a major project to design and build a highly secured and resilient SDWAN and MPLS network infrastructure using CISCO Viptela and Palo Alto Firewall. This network serves over 600 government agencies and state organizations, providing secure internet access and private network services, ensuring reliable and secure connectivity across a wide range of critical government operations.
Wide-Area Network Infrastructure and Security for Inter-Island Data Centers
- Developed a robust wide-area network infrastructure for the main island site office, connecting data centers on another island via ultra-low latency, long-distance dark fiber lease lines. Palo Alto 5520-AC firewalls and Cisco C9k and C8k series were utilized to create encrypted security tunnels to ensure secure data transmission, providing a resilient and high - performance network solution for critical data center operations.
